Our company carried out the demolition of the former Barbora Hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn.
The project involved the demolition of a building with four above-ground floors and one underground floor located within the city’s built-up area.
The demolished building was founded on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with gas silicate and fired brick infill walls. The roof structure, along with the roof cladding of the dormers, was a timber truss system. The roofing material was sheet metal. The building was situated on steep, sloping terrain.
The demolition was carried out using heavy demolition equipment fitted with demolition shears and hammers.
All waste generated from the demolition was sorted, removed, and disposed of in accordance with applicable legislation.
