We carried out the mechanical demolition of a kindergarten building located on a fenced, sloping plot in the Central Bohemian Region, in the village of Zdice.
The building was a brick, L-shaped structure with a partial basement. It had one underground floor and two above-ground floors. The roofing consisted of ceramic roof tiles and roofing material containing asbestos.
The demolition also included the removal of playground equipment in the building’s garden.
Prior to the start of demolition, the necessary dismantling and remediation of materials containing asbestos took place. These materials were subsequently disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with applicable legislation.
The mechanical demolition of the designated buildings was carried out through gradual dismantling using heavy machinery (excavators equipped with demolition shears, etc.).
All demolition debris was sorted and transported to designated disposal sites.
