Demolition of apartment buildings in the village of Lipová (Chuderov)

Our company, TREPART s.r.o., carried out the demolition of two apartment buildings in the Chuderov-Lipová cadastral area.

The demolition involved structures made of mixed materials and construction types (reinforced concrete, concrete, brick, wood). All structures were located on sloping terrain in the center of the village of Lipová within the Protected Landscape Area (Zones II–IV) and within the buffer zone of a designated cultural heritage zone.

The scope of work also included the removal of related adjacent structures—garbage shelters, retaining walls, sidewalks, paved areas, a heating duct, a sump, and a wastewater treatment plant.

The demolition was carried out using heavy demolition equipment. The resulting waste was properly sorted and transported to a regulated landfill.

All activities were carried out properly and in accordance with the pre-approved work schedule.
